Delivery Information (UK Mainland Destinations)

Please Note Orders received after 5:30pm will be processed the next working day.

The Royal Mail postal service is used for most postal orders unless the goods do not fit into a standard A3 Jiffy bag, in which case your items will be upgraded free of charge to a courier delivery service (Economy). Please note there is no tracking available for these orders.

We use FedEx for the majority of our deliveries, however we also use UPS and DPD. If you have a preferred courier, please let us know when ordering and we will look to use your preferred choice when possible

Floor Standing Cabinet Delivery Information

Although every effort will be made we cannot guarantee that floor standing cabinets will be delivered next day. If you require next day delivery, please call our sales team for free on 01925 596400

We use specialist couriers to deliver our floor standing cabinets; to help protect our cabinets as far as is possible during transit. Deliveries can take 1 – 3 working days’ dependent on the cabinet specification and location. Cabinet deliveries are only made to ground floor or loading bays only on normal deliveries (due to insurance reasons). Please note that we cannot guarantee timed deliveries due to the nature of the product and courier service offered.

A sited/two-man delivery can be arranged beforehand at an extra cost. Please contact us on 01925596400 for more details or to arrange this.

Please also take into account the following when ordered cabinets as these are the key areas that should be checked before delivery to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, please call our Sales Team for further assistance with your order.

Delivery Site Door Sizes more than 800mm to allow large cabinet access (800mm x 800/1000mm Cabinets).
Cabinet Site location large enough for the Data/Server Cabinet ordered (allow extra 100mm in height for Heavy Duty Castors).

Cabinets are provided with Transit Castors for siting the cabinet ONLY and are not suitable for use with the cabinet under load.

Restocking and Re-Delivery charges are high for these items due to the nature of the product and transit codes, so please check your order details carefully.

Damaged Goods and Short Shipments (for business customers only)

As part of our service we ensure that all products are packaged and delivered to the highest standards to minimize any damage being sustained during transit. However, damage can still occur and items can be missed or lost so we ask that you check the following on our deliveries:

  • Check for external box damage.
  • Check the number of boxed items received matches the delivery info.
  • Any goods not inspected should be signed as UNCHECKED where applicable.

All deliveries should be checked within 24 hours and any damage or shortages reported within this time for Bloc IT Solutions to resolve the issue satisfactorily. Items such as Wall Cabinets should be checked more closely due to the size and weight of the unit

Excluding where cabinets are signed for as ‘Unchecked’, by signing for any cabinets, you are accepting the goods are in perfect condition.

Business customers should notify us as soon as possible if you have refused the delivery.
